Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef

- ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain fat and mix in taco seasoning with a splash of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- While the beef cooks, chop the lettuce and dice the tomatoes.
- In mason jars, layer seasoned beef, black beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and top with sour cream.
- Add avocado slices just before serving to keep them fresh.
