Instructions
- Cook Sausage: Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine hashbrowns, cooked sausage, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form Bites: Shape the mixture into small, bite-sized balls.
- Fry: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the bites until golden and crispy on all sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Serve: Drain on paper towels and serve warm with dipping sauce, if desired.
