- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef with chopped onion over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, beans, corn, and chicken broth to the pot. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, then add cream of chicken soup. Stir until fully incorporated.
- Reduce heat and stir in sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Let simmer for an additional 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld together. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
