  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, and sage until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Remove meatballs and set aside. In the same skillet, add more onion and garlic if desired; cook until softened.
  5. Pour in chicken broth; bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream and let thicken slightly.
  6. Return meatballs to the skillet; coat them with gravy.
  7. Serve hot with extra gravy drizzled on top.
