  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, cumin powder, smoked paprika, lemon juice, and honey.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag or shallow dish; pour half of the marinade over them and massage into the chicken. Refrigerate for at least one hour (or overnight).
