Instructions

  2. Once cooked, combine warm rice with rice vinegar in a large bowl to season.
  3. Julienne vegetables and chop proteins while the rice cools slightly.
  4. Lay nori on a bamboo mat or plastic wrap. Spread sushi rice evenly across nori, leaving an inch at the top edge.
  5. Layer veggies and protein on the lower edge of the rice-covered nori.
  6. Roll tightly from the bottom to the exposed edge, sealing with water.
  7. Slice into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
