Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 can (400 g) pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). -
Prepare the Filling:
In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, salt, and spices until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Finally, stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract. -
Fill the Crust:
Pour the pumpkin mixture into the unbaked pie crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. -
Bake the Pie:
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then, reduce the temperature to 175°C (350°F) and continue baking for an additional 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. -
