Description

This deliciously versatile cauliflower pizza crust is a healthy, gluten-free alternative to traditional pizza. With its crispy texture and savory flavor, it’s perfect for holding your favorite toppings while keeping it light!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, riced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Prepare Cauliflower: Rice the cauliflower in a food processor until it resembles fine crumbs. Steam or microwave until soft, then let cool. Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean towel.
  • Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine riced cauliflower, egg, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until a dough forms.
  • Shape the Crust: Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a round crust about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Add your favorite toppings and bake again until cheese is melted.

Notes

  • Make sure to remove as much moisture as possible from the cauliflower for a crispier crust.
  • Experiment with herbs and spices for extra flavor.
