- 3 ripe bananas

- ½ cup sour cream

- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup cold unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8x8-inch pan.
- Mash the bananas in a bowl and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Mix in mashed bananas.
- Gradually fold in the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- For the topping, combine flour, sugars, cinnamon, and cold butter, mixing until crumbly.
- Pour the batter into the pan and sprinkle the crumb topping evenly.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool before serving.
