- 100g icing sugar
- 300ml heavy cream (cold)
- 150g Maltesers (chopped, plus extra for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs, then mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the base.
- In a bowl, beat together cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and stir in chopped Maltesers.
- Pour the filling over the biscuit base and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Before serving, remove from the pan and top with whole Maltesers for decoration. Slice and enjoy!
