  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g unsalted butter (melted)
  • 400g full-fat cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 100g icing sugar
  • 300ml heavy cream (cold)
  • 150g Maltesers (chopped, plus extra for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs, then mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the base.
  2. In a bowl, beat together cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and stir in chopped Maltesers.
  4. Pour the filling over the biscuit base and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  5. Before serving, remove from the pan and top with whole Maltesers for decoration. Slice and enjoy!
