Instructions

  2. Combine Ingredients: Stir in melted butter, salt, and flour. Knead on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth.
  3. Let It Rise: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm area until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
  4. Create Rolls: Punch down the dough, roll it out into a rectangle, spread melted butter over it, then sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll tightly into a log and slice.
  5. Second Rise: Place slices in greased baking pan, cover again, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
