Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and thoroughly grease mini bundt pans.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and bittersweet chocolate together in short bursts until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs until frothy; add the melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract.
  4. Sift the flour into the wet ingredients and fold gently until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into prepared bundt pans, filling them about three-quarters full. Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before inverting onto plates. Serve warm with a drizzle of chocolate sauce or a dusting of powdered sugar.
