  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Toss diced sweet potatoes in olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika; spread evenly in the baking dish.
  3. Sauté onions and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant. Add bell peppers and cook until tender.
  4. Add ground turkey to the skillet; season with cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked through.
  5. Combine the cooked turkey mixture with sweet potatoes in the baking dish; stir well to mix.
