Simple to prepare yet utterly delicious, they promise to impress family and friends alike.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 24 tbsp milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare an ungreased baking pan.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough onto a clean surface; pinch seams together to form a rectangle.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Brush melted butter over the dough and sprinkle the sugar-cinnamon mixture evenly on top.
  4. Roll the dough tightly from one end to form a log; pinch seams closed.
  5. Slice the log into 1-inch thick rolls and place them cut-side up in the baking pan.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. While baking, mix powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and enough milk for desired icing consistency.
  7. Drizzle icing over warm rolls before serving.
