Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to the oven and cook for another 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Butter each slice of sourdough and toast in a separate pan until golden brown.
