- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the jumbo pasta shells until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain carefully.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, chopped spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Stuff each shell with the filling and place them open-side up in the baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil during the last 5 minutes to allow cheese to bubble.
