  • 1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (40g)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (113g), softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (30g)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (60g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix with granulated sugar. Stir in cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until creamy. Add powdered sugar and sour cream; mix until smooth.
  4. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, then dollop cheesecake filling over it. Top with remaining brownie batter and swirl together.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly soft in the center. Cool completely before slicing.
