  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 cup sushi-grade fish (salmon or tuna), diced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp spicy mayo (mayonnaise + Sriracha)
  • 4 nori sheets, cut into strips
  • 1 sliced avocado (for topping)
  • 2 chopped green onions (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear; cook according to package instructions. Mix in rice vinegar while warm.
  2. In a bowl, combine diced fish and cream cheese; stir in spicy mayo until mixed well.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread cooked sushi rice in a baking dish and top with the fish mixture evenly.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Remove from the oven; top with sliced avocado and green onions before serving with nori strips.
