  • ½ cup buttercream frosting
  • 1 cup chocolate melts (for coating)
  • 10 lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan, pour in the batter, and bake until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow it to cool completely.
  2. Once cooled, crumble the cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
  3. Add ½ cup of frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until well combined.
  4. Roll small portions of the mixture into balls about one inch in diameter and place them on parchment paper.
  5. Dip one end of each stick in melted chocolate, then insert it into each ball.
  6. Chill the pops for 30 minutes, then dip each one into melted chocolate until fully coated. Let excess chocolate drip off before placing back on parchment paper.
