  • 1 tsp mustard powder

Instructions

  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and whisk in flour for about two minutes until golden brown.
  3. Gradually add milk while whisking continuously until thickened (about five minutes). Stir in cheddar, Monterey Jack, mustard powder, salt, and pepper until melted.
  4. Combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce until fully coated.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with Parmesan cheese.
