Description

A luscious Banana Caramel Nut Cheesecake combining creamy banana-infused filling, rich caramel, and a crunchy nut topping. Perfect for dessert lovers!


Ingredients

  • Crust:
    • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
    • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
    • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • Filling:
    • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
    • ¾ cup granulated sugar
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Topping:
    • ½ cup caramel sauce
    • ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 8 minutes and let cool.
  2. Make the Filling:
    • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in mashed bananas and vanilla.
    • Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  3. Bake the Cheesecake:
    • Bake for 45–50 minutes or until the center is just set. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Add the Topping:
    • Drizzle caramel sauce over the chilled cheesecake. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
