- 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla cake mix
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped topping for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a Bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream, oil, water, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
