This delicious Banana Pudding Bundt Cake combines the classic flavor of banana pudding with the perfect cake texture. Simple to prepare and bursting with flavor, this cake is a crowd-pleaser at any gathering!


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla cake mix
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped topping for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a Bundt pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream, oil, water, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Garnish with whipped topping if desired and serve.
