- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic powder, diced tomatoes, beef broth, milk, salt, pepper, and elbow macaroni.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes until the macaroni is tender.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot, and optionally garnish with mustard for extra flavor!

- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
- For extra cheesiness, add more cheese to taste!
