Description

This hearty and delicious One-Pot Macaroni Cheeseburger combines the comforting flavors of a cheeseburger with the cheesy goodness of macaroni. It’s an easy, one-pot dish that’s perfect for busy weeknights, bringing all your favorite flavors together in one simple meal!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
  • Stir in the garlic powder, diced tomatoes, beef broth, milk, salt, pepper, and elbow macaroni.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes until the macaroni is tender.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Serve hot, and optionally garnish with mustard for extra flavor!

Notes

  • You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
  • For extra cheesiness, add more cheese to taste!
  • Feel free to add pickles or lettuce on top for that authentic cheeseburger flavor.
