Ingredients

Scale
  • 500g large prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

  • Stir in the lemon juice and cook for another minute.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
  • Serve immediately with crusty bread or as part of a tapas spread.

Notes

  • For an extra flavor boost, try adding a pinch of chili flakes or a splash of white wine.
  • Serve alongside other Spanish tapas like patatas bravas or marinated olives for a complete meal.
  • If you prefer your prawns with a little more heat, adjust the paprika or add a dash of cayenne pepper.
