    • 3 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
    • 1/2 cup warm milk
    • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
    • 1 egg
  • For the Filling:
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • For the Glaze:
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 2 tbsp milk
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dough:
    In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes. Add melted butter, egg, and flour. Knead until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.
  • Make the Filling:
    Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Assemble the Rolls:
    Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly and sprinkle with blueberries. Roll tightly, cut into 12 rolls, and place in a greased baking dish.
  • Bake:
    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Let the rolls rise for 20 minutes. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Add the Glaze:
    Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm rolls.
