This creamy, savory pimento cheese dip is perfect for parties or a quick snack. Made with cheese, pimentos, and creamy mayo, it’s a Southern favorite that’s easy to whip up and always a hit!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped pimentos, drained
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for spice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and chopped pimentos.
  2. Season: Add garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (optional), salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Chill: For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  4. Serve: Serve with crackers, chips, or fresh veggies for dipping!
