Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chili (no beans)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the Ingredients:
    In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and chili. Stir until the cream cheese has fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Add the Cheese and Spices:
    Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Continue stirring until the cheese is fully melted and the dip is creamy.
  • Serve and Enjoy:
    Once everything is melted and combined, remove from heat. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
