    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
    • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 45 cups all-purpose flour
  • For the Filling:
    • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
    • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dough:
    • In a large bowl, mix warm milk and sugar. Sprinkle yeast on top and let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
    • Add melted butter, eggs, and salt. Gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
    • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours, until doubled in size.
  • Prepare the Filling:
    • In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the Rolls:
    • Punch down the risen dough and roll it out into a 12×18 inch rectangle.
    • Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the dough. Roll tightly from the long edge and slice into 12 equal pieces.
  • Second Rise:
    • Place the rolls cut-side up in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for 30-45 minutes until puffy.
  • Bake:
    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
