- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 can pitted cherries in syrup (or fresh cherries)
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine crushed cookies, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
- Make the Filling:
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, then mix in eggs one at a time.
- Fold in sour cream, heavy cream, cocoa powder, and melted chocolate until well combined.
- Bake:
