Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the Brussels Sprouts: Rinse and trim the Brussels sprouts, removing any yellow leaves. Cut large sprouts in half for even cooking.
- Season: In a large bowl, toss the sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper (and any optional ingredients you like).
- Arrange and Roast: Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through for even browning.
