  • 45 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut milk for creaminess

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roast Ingredients: Spread tomatoes, onion, and garlic on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and roast for 30-35 minutes until caramelized.
