  • Milk: 2 cups whole milk
  • Heavy Cream: 1 cup
  • Granulated Sugar: ¾ cup
  • Brown Sugar: ¼ cup
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon: 2 teaspoons
  • Nutmeg: ½ teaspoon
  • Salt: ¼ teaspoon

Instructions
