Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C). Remove and set aside.
