    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
    • 4 crushed Oreo cookies (for mixing into filling)
  • For Garnish:
    • Whipped cream
    • Additional crushed Oreos

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
    • Firmly press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins or dessert cups to form a solid crust.
    • Chill the crusts in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
  • Make the Filling:
    • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
    • Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
    • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
    • Fold in the 4 crushed Oreo cookies for added texture.
  • Assemble the Cheesecakes:
    • Spoon or pipe the filling over the chilled crusts, filling each cup to the top.
    • Smooth the tops with a spatula if desired.
  • Chill:
    • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best texture.
  • Serve:
    • Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed Oreos.
