- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken dry and coat in flour. Dip in whisked eggs, then coat thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs.
- Fry: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry the chicken pieces in batches for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Make the Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey in a bowl until smooth.
- Combine: Toss the crispy chicken in the sauce just before serving for the best texture.
