- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Marinate the Pork:
