Description

These delicious brownie bombs combine fudgy brownies with a gooey cookie dough center. Perfect for any dessert lover, they’re fun to make and even more fun to eat!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 box brownie mix (prepared and cooled)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (optional for drizzle)

Instructions

  • Prepare the brownie mix according to the box directions. Bake and cool completely.
  • While the brownies cool, mix butter and sugar until creamy, add vanilla and salt, then fold in flour and chocolate chips for the cookie dough.
  • Cut cooled brownies into squares, wrap each square around a ball of cookie dough, and chill for 30 minutes.
  • Optionally drizzle with sweetened condensed milk before serving.

Notes

  • For safety, heat-treat the flour before using it in the cookie dough.
  • You can freeze the brownie bombs for up to two months.
