Description

Butterfinger Reese’s Fudge is a decadent, melt-in-your-mouth treat combining the rich flavors of creamy fudge with chunks of Butterfinger and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. This indulgent dessert is easy to make and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth!

  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped Butterfinger candy bars
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions

  • Prepare the Baking Dish:
    • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  • Melt the Chocolate:
    • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semisweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
    • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Add the Candy:
    • Gently fold in half of the chopped Butterfinger and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups into the melted chocolate mixture.
    • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Top and Chill:
    • Sprinkle the remaining chopped Butterfinger and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups over the top of the fudge, pressing them down slightly to adhere.
    • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
  • Cut and Serve:
    • Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the baking dish. Cut into small squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • For a festive touch, drizzle melted white chocolate over the top before chilling.
