  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the Sauce:
    • In a large bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning mix, milk, and chicken broth until well combined.
  • Arrange the Chicken:
    • Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper, then place them in a slow cooker or a large baking dish.
  • Add the Sauce:
    • Pour the prepared sauce mixture over the chicken, ensuring the pieces are evenly coated.
  • Cook:
    • Slow Cooker Method: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
    • Oven Method: Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 1.5 to 2 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  • Add Cheese (Optional):
