    • 2 beaten eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • Icing:

    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
    • 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon milk
    • 1 (16-oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  4. Combine Wet Ingredients: Mix eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk. Add to the cake base and stir.

  6. Prepare Icing: Boil butter, peanut butter, and milk. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla.

Notes

  • Ensure the cake cools completely before frosting to prevent the icing from melting.
